Our Track Record

A Proven Track Record
of Value Creation

Since its founding in 2014, Brazos Midstream has built a proven track record of identifying strategic opportunities and developing, growing and operating large-scale midstream infrastructure across the Permian Basin.

Through strategic acquisitions, organic development and long-term producer relationships, Brazos built premier midstream platforms in both the Delaware and Midland basins. Together, these platforms demonstrate the company’s ability to execute complex infrastructure projects, support growing producer activity and create meaningful long-term value for customers, partners, employees and other key stakeholders.

Building a Premier Midland Basin Platform

Brazos entered the Midland Basin in 2021 and rapidly expanded its presence through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic development. Over the next five years, the company built one of the largest privately held natural gas gathering and processing platforms in the basin.

The system grew to include an extensive high-pressure natural gas gathering network and three strategically located processing facilities — Sundance I, Sundance II and the Cassidy processing complex — with approximately 800 MMcf/d of total processing capacity.

In 2026, Brazos completed the sale of its Midland Basin natural gas gathering and processing assets to ONEOK. The transaction marked an important milestone for the company and reflected the scale and value of the platform developed by the Brazos team.

From a Small Footprint to a Large-Scale Integrated Platform

Brazos entered the Delaware Basin in 2015 with a small initial footprint. Over the next decade, the company expanded through strategic acquisitions and organic development to build one of the largest privately held natural gas gathering, processing and crude oil gathering platforms in the region.

In June 2026, Brazos completed the sale of its Delaware Basin assets to Western Midstream Partners. At the time of the transaction, the integrated system served more than 25 producer customers across five counties and was supported by more than 540,000 dedicated acres under long-term agreements.

The transaction marked a significant milestone in Brazos' history and reflected the value created through more than a decade of disciplined growth and infrastructure development.
